Shane Prescott has performed a number of loft conversions in our area, including ours. His company executed the job brilliantly.One aspect of the job which was perfectly executed was the roof. I've seen many a conversion were the first thing to come off was the roof. With ours the off stayed on to the very last minute. Better than that, all access to the work was through the roof until the new roof went on. Every morning they took off enough tiles to get in to the roof space and then put them back at night. At no time was our roof opening covered by a tarpualin and open to the elements. The staff were were brilliant, friendly, courteous and always thought about what was best for us. Highly recommended.

We obtained seven quotations when looking for a company to build our two storey extension. Without a doubt, Prescott Building Contractors were by far the most professional who attended at our home, two never even bothered sending in their estimate, and one phoned up and gave me the price over the phone.

Their quote arrived shortly after his visit, and was the only one that pinpointed everything we would get, and could expect from the building works.

Gail was a source of constant information in the Office, and Shane Prescott never seemed to get tired of our daily phone calls! We now have a wonderful two storey extension, which has been admired by friends and family.

Mr Prescott has just completed the second project at our house, we had a Loft Conversion about 8 years ago, and he has just completed an extension at the rear of our home, we were surprised at how many of the original staff were still there - It was like a reunion! Like before, - and despite the terrible weather the job was completed only slightly over the time. Next job will be a garage conversion – to keep the kids out!

I will admit, I am not a handy-man, Shane carried out two major projects at my home, Conservatory, and Kitchen Extension. Whilst not the cheapest, and not the dearest, compared to builders I used in the past, he was definitely the best. Since the two large jobs, he has been back and replaced UPVC Windows, and fixed my leaking toilet!
Always a pleasure to do business with, would highly recommend him.
