We will work with you from the moment you find a plot of land that you like, to the day we hand over your keys – it is our intention to turn your dream into a reality.

We are happy to provide our advice and consultancy even before you have purchased a plot, to advise on what you may or may not be able to do, advice on ground testing and we will liaise between you and the architect to ensure when the plans are completed, it is EXACTLY what you dreamed of.

ENERGY EFFICIENCY

We are now bound, and actively seek, to promote energy efficient fittings, which will help our clients to reduce their carbon footprint, and save on energy bills. This is done as part of the constantly up-dated building and planning regulations.

INSURANCE

Ever mindful of our clients investment, please be assured that all our works are carried out under strict supervision and all works are fully insured whilst in progress. The client’s statutory rights are unaffected. All new build projects are covered by the NHBC 10 year guarantee.
